Job description

Liaise with PM / SM for the execution of construction works based on the approved master program.

Supervise daily construction processes to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.

Check and record the progress status of M&E works.

Cross-check M&E drawings with Architectural and Structural drawings, inform PM & SM / SA, and issue RFI for discrepancies.

Ensure that any approved amendments to M&E / Structural / Architectural drawings are communicated to all site staff, with checklists duly signed.

Verify that materials delivered to site by M&E Sub-Contractors meet the approved samples and criteria.

Prepare and record daily work and site diary of M&E works, submitting for verification.

Conduct work inspections to ensure quality; raise NCR if non-conformance is found.

Attend meetings with Sub-Contractors and Consultants.

Issue work directions to Sub-Contractors as per contract specifications.

Ensure proper work procedures are followed and comply with ISO standards.

Coordinate and carry out tests of M&E works as required under the contract.

Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Site Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in construction/building works.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for communication with management.

Registration with B.E.M is an advantage.
