Job Summary

Executing the machining operation as per routing.

• Machine the part as per engineering drawing.
• Perform dimension inspection.
• Able to run Turnmill/Large lathe machine.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T).
• Execute the machining operation as per routing.
• Machine the part as per engineering drawing.
• Operate Turnmill/Large lathe machine.
• Monitor machining parameters and provide feedback to programmer if necessary.
• Perform dimension inspection.
• Perform fixture, tool, and part setup.
• Maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.
• Report all daily activities via MII Systems.
• Wear required PPE while performing work.
• Comply with all HSSE requirements.
• Provide assistance to superiors whenever required.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environment policies.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in operating Turnmill/Large lathe machine.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma Trade Certificate in Metal or Precision Engineering.
