PRYSM, established in 2018, offers authentic PETRONAS merchandise. As customer demand increased, PETRONAS Shop became the go-to destination. Providing a wide range of genuine products, including jerseys, t-shirts, accessories, lubricants, PETROSAINS merchandise, and PETRONAS Twin Towers souvenirs. Integrated with Setel, PETRONAS Shop prioritizes authenticity, convenience, and rewards for a seamless shopping experience.

Role Purpose:

At Setel, our users are our top priority. With a constantly evolving landscape, we need Product

Managers who can continuously adapt and are enthusiastic about contributing to the

development of products that impact Malaysians daily.

In This Role You Will Handle:

• Lead cross-functional teams including designers and engineers through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Break down complex challenges into actionable steps to drive product development forward.
• Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts in clear and easily understandable formats, both verbally and in written form.
• Execute the product strategy within a specific product domain, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Prioritize product features by utilizing user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives to enhance product effectiveness and impact.
• Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
• Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're A Great Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools to effectively manage product development processes and timelines.
• Demonstrated experience in managing eCommerce products, including a solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, and customer experience optimization.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
