Category Manager - Growth products
  • Develop and drive EMEA Go-to-market (GTM) plans for products of our MCD (e.g., Mobile/Console products) and LFD (e.g., Chairs / Lifestyle products) categories.
  • Develop comprehensive product launch plans for all new launches, present to internal stakeholders, and drive execution at a detailed level.
  • Lead PR teams through participation, effectively communicate with outside press, and represent the product and company as required. Create keynote and press briefing presentations and train key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and coordinate localization of marketing assets to support product launches or campaigns, including copy, videos, photography, banners, social content, and training materials.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly GTM plans to drive revenue and growth, including promotions, launches, PR, events, influencer seedings, collateral, digital marketing, etc.
  • Ensure marketing activities are executed within the EMEA region, collaborating with regional marketing teams.
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for internal stakeholders including sales, PR, community, technical support, business development, and finance.
  • Represent the growth product team at public and customer events, in person or on camera.
  • Attend trade shows, assist with booth setup, product presentation, and related activities.
  • Act as EMEA product expert on technical questions related to managed categories.
  • Participate in daily/weekly calls with global stakeholders to ensure product updates and marketing initiatives are aligned.
  • Understand market and competitive offerings of assigned products.
  • Gather input from market, press, customers, forums, etc., to inform product planning and platform roadmap.
  • Contribute to creative strategies for packaging, advertising, web content, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to support product and business initiatives.
  • Develop pricing and channel strategies for EMEA in collaboration with senior management.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management and marketing experience in consumer electronics, PC hardware, gaming furniture, or console industry.
  • Experience in business development/partner marketing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and oversee marketing plans.
  • Experience with sales channels including retail, direct, online, and distribution.
  • Ability to write marketing copy and guide creative design for digital and print media.
  • Experience in creating detailed marketing strategies and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience interacting with executive management.
  • Experience working in a global company with multiple stakeholders across countries and time zones preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English.
