What you'll be doing

• Safely operating a motorcycle to pick up and deliver packages on time
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and package status
• Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assisting with warehouse operations as needed

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as a dispatch rider or courier
• Proficient in operating a motorcycle and navigating efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
• Valid Malaysian driver's licence for motorcycles
