Job summary

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking a highly organised Clinical Trial Specialist to join our Early Phase Project Management team, providing full-time support to Project Managers and contributing to the delivery and coordination of global clinical trials.

You will manage study documentation, trackers, meetings, and budgets; ensure compliance with SOPs and ICH-GCP; familiar with CTMS/eTMF and MS Office; Mandarin fluency required; 2–3 years CRO experience; hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in clinical research with trial coordination and project support.
• Understand clinical trial stages from start to end and related regulations.
• Familiarity with clinical trial documentation, CTMS/eTMF, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Project Managers.
• Manage study documentation and maintain project trackers and systems.
• Coordinate internal and external project meetings, including scheduling and minutes.
• Follow up on actions with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Support communications with clinical sites, vendors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
