Overview
- Plan, supervise, and implement the programme for the class in accordance with the centre’s policies and framework.
- Complete lesson plans and progress reports on children for each semester.
- Prepare a comprehensive developmental portfolio for each child.
- Maintain a high standard of professional competence through continual professional development.
- Foster a stimulating and conducive environment to the academic, creative, and critical learning of children.
- Manage all aspects of classroom management and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
- Collaborate closely with other teaching staff in carrying out duties.
- Build and maintain close partnerships with parents.
- Participate and support in activities, including school events, marketing events, required trainings, celebrations and any other duties assigned by the Centre Director.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Early childhood but also applicable to fresh graduate
- Passionate in early childhood education
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a fun and good personality to handle young children and provide them with a good preschool environment
- Ability to provide activities for children that encourage healthy growth
- A caring and approachable nature
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu
