• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM1,700 per month

Job Description:

• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.

• Supervise children during play, meals, and rest time with a focus on safety.

• Support homework routines and school readiness (for preschoolers).

• Promote positive behavior and peer interactions through guidance strategies.

• Maintain open communication with parents on child behavior and development.

• Ensure activity areas and materials are safe, clean, and organized.

• Provide feedback, suggest improvements, and participate in discussions on caregiving practices.

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years in early childhood education or related teaching/caregiving roles.

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.

• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for BM, English and Mandarin.

• Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

• Additional certification in child behavior management or special needs (an advantage).
