About Employer :

A Sales Support Specialist assists the sales team in obtaining and maintaining customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Main duties include responding to vendor inquiries, arranging resources for class schedules, trainers, and accommodations.

Office Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Basic Salary: RM3000 - RM5000

Job Description :

  • Manage assigned products and maintain good relationships with principals
  • Renew contracts/agreements with principals
  • Coordinate marketing events related to products
  • Maintain and update information on the Principals portal
  • Update schedules and inform sales & marketing teams of major activities, new products, or versions
  • Update online learning courses, labs, and materials
  • Produce timely reports for principals, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reports
  • Identify and source potential and experienced trainers
  • Alert management to significant matters such as updates, price increases, or negative feedback
  • Perform data entry for sales figures and metrics, maintaining organized files
  • Handle trainers' schedules, travel, and accommodations
  • Perform administrative duties for the company and management teams

Job Requirements :

  • Currently performing administrative duties
  • Minimum Degree holder
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented personality
  • Mandarin speaking required
