Job Purpose

Manage the business requirement from the users, working closely with technical/technology team to translate the business requirements into technical requirement for prioritisation and resource allocation exercise and to develop and maintain long-term relationship with users.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the business requirement from the users and working closely with technical/technology team to translate the business requirements into technical requirement for prioritisation and resource allocation exercise.
  • Coordinate prioritisation exercise with Management in order to prioritise the work plan/project and allocate resources.
  • Consolidate project plan, project timeline, resource & budget requirement and project documentations from Project Managers (PMs).
  • Manage change requests from users and ensure timely implementation by the PMs.
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with the internal user engagement, ensuring good working relationship between the users and the technical/technology team.
  • Manage User Survey exercise, perform the analysis and propose areas for operational improvements to the management Drive staff engagement activities.
  • Prepares and reviews documents, updates and presentations for Management.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent.
  • Professional certification (e.g. ITIL, PMP and/or Price2).
  • Minimum ten years working experience, three years in service delivery management.
