Vice President, Group Sustainability MY

In line with the Group’s vision of being a Sustainability leader in ASEAN, the incumbent will be responsible to ensure effective sustainability-related capacity building among the Bank’s staff by employing professional methods of training and development as well as performance consulting to ensure optimisation of return on development. 

1. Work with best-in-class institutions/universities/external parties and internal subject matter experts ("SMEs") (including Group Sustainability) to establish and design a holistic Sustainability capability building blueprint and curriculum for CIMB Group. 
2. Drive the execution of Sustainability Academy (which is part of CIMB “University”) to achieve its desired end state/ complete the deliverables.
3. Work closely with internal and external SMEs to develop and deliver best-in-class Sustainability training to CIMB employees across the Region and to external parties (e.g. CIMB clients). 
4. Conduct diagnosis and engage the relevant stakeholders to understand training needs and design learning interventions. 
5. Source, screen and evaluate external training providers to ensure suitability and quality of training for the various target audience.
6. Work closely with stakeholders, internal and external SMEs to determine the key metrics/ measures for success and assess effectiveness of training and the Return on Investment (ROI).
7. Ensure cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction in all areas of his/her role.
8. Prepare reports on a periodic basis for management review.
9. Undertake any other tasks/training projects organised by Group Sustainability/ Group Human Resource/ Regional Learning & Development or as delegated by the Head of Department/Superior. 
10. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, regulatory requirements and L&D’s standard operating procedures
