A leading company in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Process Engineer in Pasir Gudang. The role involves monitoring and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and developing new products. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a salary range of RM3,000–RM4,000 based on qualifications.
Monitor process statuses across multiple areas, analyzing the impact of parameter changes on product quality, and ensuring their reasonableness.
Lead the development of new products and processes, from concept to implementation.
Regularly evaluate processes, develop technical documents, and establish standardized operating procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Establish product quality standards and inspection protocols to maintain high-quality output.
Manage and update process documents for various manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Coordinate production activities and drive improvement projects to enhance yield and efficiency.
Track and analyze production line issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive projects related to technical improvements, cost savings, and the introduction of new technologies and materials.
Provide input on trial products and new technologies, guiding the production line through implementation and tracking results.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical, etc.).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, with expertise in areas such as DCB sintering, laser cutting, final inspection packaging, graphics transfer, and surface treatment.
Experience in the printed circuit board (PCB) and semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.
Willingness to undergo training in China for a duration of 6 months.
Willing to support night shift operations when required.

Proficiency in English as a working language is required. Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Mandarin, as they will need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking principals.
Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
