About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join the Blancpain brand. This full-time role involves providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our watch brands and their features.
3. Guide customers in selecting the perfect timepiece.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Maintain the store's visual merchandising and cleanliness.
6. Collaborate with the store manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Participate in product training to enhance your knowledge.

Profile

1. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.
2. Excellent customer service skills with a personalized approach.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A passion for watches and eagerness to learn about our premium brands.
5. Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.

Professional Requirements

1. SPM/Certificate/Diploma or related qualification.
2. Computer literacy.
