In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced consultants and industry experts to deliver strategic, regulatory, and operational advisory services across borders. From license applications and policy implementation to compliance monitoring and regulatory research, you'll be instrumental in helping our clients stay ahead in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and file documentation for MAS capital markets services and related license applications.
  2. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of clients’ internal policies, programs, and SOPs.
  3. Maintain and update compliance manuals and related documentation.
  4. Conduct compliance monitoring and perform regulatory checks.
  5. Draft and review control documents in accordance with headquarter and local regulatory requirements.
  6. Coordinate internal audit processes with relevant departments and business units.
  7. Track regulatory developments and assist clients in building responsive internal controls.
  8. Guide and supervise junior team members.
  9. Conduct legal and regulatory research across multiple jurisdictions.
  10. Handle ad hoc advisory assignments as required.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Degree in a relevant discipline; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
  2. Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management is advantageous.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong analytical thinking and a solid grasp of business fundamentals.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  7. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
  9. Meticulous, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Why Credence?

At Credence, you’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment that values insight, integrity, and impact. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of advisory work — from license applications and policy drafting to internal controls and compliance advisory across jurisdictions.

We offer meaningful responsibilities from day one, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to work with a globally diverse client base. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering pragmatic, high-quality advisory services that create real value.
