Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Marketing professional to join our team at YN INTERNATIONAL TRADING SDN BHD. As a Sales Marketing representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products and services to a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Note: This position requires proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written), in addition to Malay and English, due to frequent communication with Chinese-speaking clients.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide progress reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Contribute to the overall sales and revenue growth of the company

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing role (fresh graduates with strong ambition and attitude are also encouraged to apply)
• Fluent in Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• A driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Ambitious and eager to grow within the company
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry changes
• Own transport and willing to travel as needed
