Staffing Manager, Asia Pacific
The Services organization is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast globally, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base. These services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. While specializing in payments, the Services team also works closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights from within and beyond its network.
Within the Services organization, the Advisors & Client Services (A&CS) team delivers various products and solutions to clients. A&CS combines professional problem-solving skills with deep segment and functional expertise to address client challenges, enhance Mastercard's performance, and establish thought leadership.
The Staffing Manager works closely with A&CS Cluster leaders, PMs, and squad leads to ensure effective execution of our strategy and drive team engagement. With a strong understanding of our business, this role ensures people remain at the center of our efforts.
Role
• Process staffing needs at the cluster level, understanding engagement requirements and coordinating prioritization across product lines.
• Collaborate with Client Service leadership to assign resources based on predefined criteria, optimizing utilization across clusters and markets.
• Manage settings in internal systems throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Aggregate regional utilization indicators, ensuring accurate capacity data (considering leaves, relocations, part-time resources, etc.).
• Work with squad leads and managers on performance evaluations and development opportunities for team members.
