Job summary

A leading food distribution company in Asia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for E-Fulfilment. The role involves managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Ideal candidates will have experience in warehousing and a diploma in Supply Chain. This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, renewable, and requires shift work.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily warehouse operations such as product picking, order packing, and scanning.
2. Process and report incoming returns.
3. Assist superiors in executing daily warehouse activities.
4. Track unfulfilled or backordered products and provide resolutions.
5. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health standards, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
6. Keep inventory in the system up to date with real-time quantities.
7. Improve and simplify operational processes for better cost and time efficiency.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehousing.
3. Experience in E-Fulfilment warehousing is an advantage.
4. Willing to work 6 days a week with shift rotation.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
6. Must be able to work at Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang.
7. Contract duration: 6 months, renewable.
