Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and digital platforms.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base across our service areas.
Understand prospective clients’ business needs and challenges to propose tailored digital marketing solutions from Trinity42’s service offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of our services to key decision-makers.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with internal marketing, technical, and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry developments, e-commerce platform changes, and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Consultant, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably within digital marketing or tech solutions industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Digital Brand Consultation, Digital Advertising (SEO, SEM, PPC), Web Development concepts, Content Strategy, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Alibaba.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Basic Mandarin skills required; proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
