SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Project Manager – Remote Across Germany – Up to €120,000

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and guiding businesses on their journey to SAP S / 4HANA Cloud?

We’re working with a leading consulting group that’s been innovating and growing steadily for over three decades. They’re now expanding their remote-first team and looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a focus on S / 4HANA Cloud to lead national and international implementation projects across diverse industries.

In this role, you’ll work closely with customers throughout all phases of the SAP lifecycle – from presales to go-live and beyond. You’ll apply your expertise in project methodology, process design, and stakeholder management to deliver high-impact solutions that truly transform operations.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Leading SAP S / 4HANA Cloud projects across the full lifecycle using SAP Activate
• Advising clients on digital transformation strategy and process optimization
• Managing change control, IT service management, and Application Lifecycle Management
• Creating solution concepts, process designs, and supporting presales demos and customer presentations
• Supporting junior consultants through mentoring and knowledge-sharing

Your Profile :

• Proven project management experience with SAP S / 4HANA (ideally Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and IT service management processes
• Confident in presales engagements, including demos and customer workshops
• A proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluent in German (C1+) and comfortable using English in a professional setting
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
