Key Activities:
- Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, framing, and lighting.
- Edit short and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Develop basic scripts, storyboards, or shot lists to visualize concepts.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce brand-aligned visuals.
- Capture behind-the-scenes, event coverage, and promotional content as needed.
- Maintain proper storage, backup, and organization of video assets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Videography & Technical Skills
· Proficient in handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras and videography equipment (lighting, audio, stabilizers).
· Strong knowledge of camera settings, lighting techniques, and composition.
· Ability to direct subjects and manage small shoots independently. - Video Editing
· Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
· Able to add music, sound effects, transitions, and basic color grading.
· Bonus: Experience in After Effects or motion graphics for animation and text effects. - Content Creation
· Skilled in writing short scripts or captions that suit each platform.
· Familiar with current social media trends and video formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok challenges).
· Good design sense to ensure brand visual consistency in every content piece. - Creative Thinking & Initiative
· Ability to brainstorm and pitch video content ideas.
· Strong storytelling ability and understanding of what engages viewers. - Teamwork & Time Management
· Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
· Comfortable collaborating across departments (marketing, creative, etc.).
