Job description

Strengthen relationships with key customers and provide excellent after-sales support, including making sales visits to existing customers in the assigned territory.

Mentor new sales representatives to improve their skills and provide guidance and tactical plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Lead the sales team to expand market share, build the company's brand, and grow the business.

Participate in sales and marketing activities primarily to develop new customers and support the sales team.

Provide feedback to management on market insights and competitor activities.

Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure strategic and business objectives are achieved by the sales team.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Science, Biotechnology, Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.

Strong communication skills and ability to deliver professional sales presentations.

Good interpersonal skills and capability to manage people.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales and/or marketing management role in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.

Self-motivated to expand personal knowledge of products and selling skills, with a focus on high-performance achievement.

Solid analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
