In your new role you will:

1. Lead and develop the Engineering Process Excellence Management team located in Penang
2. Define and refine the work structure with the functional Order Management Head and Global teams
3. Take a leading role in projects, operational and process-related topics in the team and ensure deliverables within the committed timeline
4. Ensure effective stakeholder management towards internal partners (Logistics, Customer Logistics Management, Finance, Sales, IT, etc.)
5. Grow and develop team members to achieve optimum team performance
6. Enhance our supply chain competitiveness by continuously innovating Order Management processes

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or similar
2. +9 years of professional working experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or proven experience as a department head, preferably within the semiconductor industry covering customer order management or logistics
3. Within those 10 years, at least 3+ years of proven experience in functional leadership of international teams as a manager (team size 5+)
4. Very good knowledge of the overall Supply Chain processes
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with experience in stakeholder management
6. Good problem-solving skills
7. Fluent English language skills
