Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager and Branding Manager to drive growth, enhance brand positioning, and create business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales, marketing, and brand management expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement a strong brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, ensuring consistency in identity, messaging, and customer experience.
- Maintain brand integrity across all marketing, operational, and promotional activities, reinforcing a distinct and recognizable market presence.
- Lead brand-building initiatives, including events, partnerships, and collaborations, to enhance visibility and customer loyalty.
- Manage digital assets and platforms, including websites, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media engagement, and advertising campaigns.
- Provide creative and innovative brand marketing ideas and execute marketing-related activities (Digital Marketing, Events, Campaigns, Projects, and New Business Launches).
- Lead internal marketing vendor management, supporting internal branding initiatives.
- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for potential restaurant locations.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans, negotiating contracts and establishing key partnerships to drive expansion.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and operational efficiencies to optimize business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, corporate clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth business operations and compliance.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential F&B merchants, understanding their challenges, and consulting them on how our online and dine-in solutions can add value.
- Conduct feasibility studies on new locations to assess revenue potential and profitability.
- Set measurable objectives for an annual sales plan, budget, P&L, and manpower planning to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations, to drive business objectives.
- Mentor and guide internal teams to ensure alignment with the company’s overall brand and business strategy.
- Financial & Compliance Oversight:
- Assist in formulating financial costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Ensure business operations comply with local laws and regulations, integrating contract requirements into daily operations.
- Work closely with finance teams to track financial performance, revenue projections, and cost management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Business Development: 5 years of experience.
