We're Hiring: Technical Sales Engineer

Based in Johor Bahru

EES Consultants is looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team! If you're from a Chemical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering background and eager to build a career in sustainability, this is your chance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Support pre-sales activities and assist in generating new leads for sustainability services and training.
2. Support in technical reporting and analysis related to energy, greenhouse gas (GHG), and sustainability.
3. Assist trainers and consultants in managing training programs and consultancy projects.
4. Attend exhibitions and networking events to build connections.
5. Deliver engaging presentations and software demonstrations to clients from industry and academia.
6. Prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing materials as required.
7. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in ESG, carbon and energy management, and sustainable development.
• Willing to travel and engage directly with clients and partners.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Training will be provided.
