Job Description

Senior Legal Associate (Litigation and/or Corporate & Conveyancing)

• Plan and execute projects and tasks to complete various legal matters
• Practice in diverse areas of law
• Manage a team of 1 assistant and 2 associates
• Meet tight deadlines
• Assist the firm in handling matters across departments
• Report and update partners and take instructions
• Handle pressure well and be solution-oriented
• Adapt to and execute the firm's directions
• Perform advocacy skills in Litigation
• Attend case management, trials, and hearings
• Require 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience

Junior Legal Associate (Litigation and/or Corporate & Conveyancing)

• Handle various portfolios of work
• Attend court hearings and conduct due diligence and property-related matters
• Willing to learn drafting cause papers and submissions
• Conduct legal research and provide independent opinions
• Meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks responsibly
• Perform advocacy skills in Litigation
• Attend case management, trials, and hearings
• Be a team player and committed to learning

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess own transport
• Report and update superiors promptly
