JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive to support our finance operations. The role involves assisting with month-end closing and performing daily accounting functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full spectrum of finance activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment vouchers, collection, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as income statements, variance analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate Fixed Assets records.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare tax computations, forecasts (CP204), and revisions (CP204A).
  • Manage the company’s annual audit.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and financial controls to improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, legal advisors, bankers, and statutory bodies for reports and submissions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
  • Over 3 years of experience in finance/accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on approach, capable of multitasking, working independently, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
  • Willing to work in Kota Damansara.
