Your Mission

The Head of Finance is responsible for all financial management aspects of company operations, providing leadership and coordination in administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts.

Tasks
  1. Financial Management & Management Accounting: Oversee preparation of financial statements, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance. Analyze income statements for weaknesses, cost savings, and synergies, focusing on AR and inventory to develop NWC improvement plans. Supervise accounting activities and finance staff.
  2. Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring timely development of business information for decision-making. Evaluate performance against budgets and forecasts, providing critical financial insights and recommendations.
  3. Strategy and Risk Management: Provide detailed analysis per country, business, and customer. Participate in strategic decisions, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Internal Controls: Maintain internal controls and financial procedures, implementing best practices.
  5. Management & Development: Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives, ensuring proper staffing and professional growth.
Your Talent
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in senior finance or accounting roles; Big 4 training preferred.
  • Industry: Retail, FMCG.
  • IT Skills: SAP, Hyperion, MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Language: English.
