Job Responsibilities

1. Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems for manufacturing and process control.
2. Develop and maintain SolidWorks models and drawings for automation equipment and related systems.
3. Perform regular maintenance and servicing of automation systems, including hardware, software, and related equipment.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve automation processes.
5. Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities for production systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
6. Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians as needed.
7. Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
8. Assist in the development and testing of new automation technologies and processes.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.
