A leading company in Johor is seeking an experienced Manager to lead their Human Resource and Administration team. This critical role involves managing HR operations, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR management and at least 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager to lead our Human Resource and Administration team. This is a critical role responsible for managing HR operations, general administration, and safety & health initiatives in alignment with our company goals and compliance standards.
• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leadership and employees.
• Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
• Act as Management Representative (MR) to lead the company in preparation for the VAP Initial Assessment by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
• Coordinate with headquarters for the annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) internal audit program.
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with RBA standards and audit requirements is essential.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 is a plus.
