Business & Project Management Senior Analyst

Assist in formulating project plans and key business strategies, track project execution progress, and regularly provide feedback and optimization suggestions.

Monitor market competition trends and changes in customer needs, collect industry information, and write analytical reports.

Coordinate daily operations management, supervise key cross-departmental projects, handle operational issues, and participate in frontline research.

Participate in business process optimization and promote the implementation of standardized systems.

Collaborate with different internal and external project stakeholders.

Prepare business cases, presentations, and strategic reports for internal stakeholders.

Assist the Head of Operations Management in daily ad-hoc tasks.

Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday)

Monday - Friday: Work From Office

Saturday: Work from Home

Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay; Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory as the candidate is required to liaise and communicate with Mandarin Speaking stakeholders.
• Over 3 years of experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in product services, business analysis, market research, and business operations.
• Strong data analysis skills and excellent business writing and reporting abilities (including writing reports in both Chinese and English, and creating PowerPoint presentations).
• Project management skills, able to coordinate with cross-department teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
