Job description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate billing time frames through clear and proactive communication with clients.
• Provide regular project updates and address client needs and challenges professionally and promptly.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end project execution from initiation to launch within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and provide timely, accurate status reports to clients and internal teams.
• Understand business objectives and technical requirements, ensuring implementation complies with customer processes and regulations.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including achievements and lessons learned.
• Communicate billing, metering, invoicing, payment milestones, and operational scope details to relevant departments.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Over 3 years of project management experience (highly desirable).
• Professional project management certification preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Gantt charts and related methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT terminology, especially in servers, storage, networking, and enterprise software.
