3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related analytical role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or analytics software).

Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for category growth and development.
  2. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best products, pricing, and terms for your categories.
  3. Obtain details of new listed SKU from suppliers and register them in the system.
  4. Manage daily operations for assigned categories, including stock replenishment, monthly promo stock top-up, and additional stock allocation for GE, standee, and hangsell.
  5. Check quantities delivered to outlets.
  6. Participate in events such as new store openings, store visits, donation programs, etc., when required.
