We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of our business by managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes for Australia and Singapore. Role And Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) for Singapore, including preparing and issuing daily customer invoices and handling monthly billings
- Reconcile revenue with sales occupancy reports for accuracy
- Prepare weekly aging reports to support collection efforts
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) for Singapore by processing weekly vendor payments
- Manage petty cash for operational expenses
- Prepare monthly expense reports for management review
- Support the finance team in monthly and yearly account closing tasks
- Assist with financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax agents, as needed
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in co-working, real estate, or startups is a plus
- Fluent in English;
