Job Description

• Lead creation and enhancement of management reports within central Group Controlling team.
• Transform fragmented management information packages into integrated online platform.
• Develop and maintain interactive visualizations through data analysis from diverse sources.
• Drive continuous improvement of controlling products and tools.
• Collaborate closely with local, regional, and global function heads to ensure performance transparency and identify business performance drivers.
• Conduct proactive data analysis to address monthly reporting cycle inquiries and management board requests.
• Support annual strategy, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Contribute to major global projects within and beyond Finance domain.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• BS or MSc in Economics (with a focus on Controlling), Information Management, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Proven professional experience (>5 years) as a data or business analyst.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of gathering, organizing, analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating large amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficient in querying, report writing, and presenting results.
• High IT proficiency.
• Competent in obtaining data from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases.
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
• Demonstrates a high level of ownership, proactivity, and drive.
