Job description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, coordinate, and control daily warehouse operations.
• Handle and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Lead and monitor the efficiency of the warehouse team.
• Ensure proper storage and arrangement of stocks.
• Manage warehouse operations including inventory planning, ordering, tracking, and delivery.
• Maintain stock accuracy and integrity with proper record-keeping.
• Ensure warehouse security to prevent stock loss.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy at all times.
• Monitor and maintain handling equipment.
• Prepare monthly warehouse reports.

Requirements:

• At least a Higher Secondary / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, planning, and control.
• Good initiative, highly motivated, resourceful, and able to handle reach trucks and forklifts.
• Ability to lead and control warehouse personnel.
• Preferably Junior Executives in Warehouse/Production Operations or similar.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
