About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Executive with 2 years of experience in semiconductor die bonding and wire bonding processes. The successful candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
What you will do:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the die bond and wire bond sections to meet production schedules and output targets.
- Monitor equipment performance, coordinate with maintenance for timely preventive and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with process control standards, cleanroom protocols, and ESD procedures.
- Lead a team of operators/technicians by providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, shift reports, and downtime logs.
- Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
What you will need:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in die bond and/or wire bond processes in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process flows, bonding materials, and equipment maintenance basics.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in cleanroom conditions and on rotating shifts
