Job Responsibilities

Warehouse:

• Inventory management and stocktaking
• Arranging stocks on racks
• Monitoring logistics and ensuring timely delivery
• Handling administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
• Collaborating with other departments to meet operational goals
• Communicating with Directors & HQ regarding inventory issues

Operations:

• Organizing shooting campaigns and ensuring smooth execution
• Handling emergency issues with strong communication skills
• Managing online and retail outlet operations (Website, Live, Facebook, IG, etc.)
• Providing customer service across all platforms and outlets
• Resolving customer issues
• Clarifying procedures and regulations
• Monitoring daily sales and resolving sales issues
• Managing orders and order systems
• Performing administrative tasks related to operations
• Ensuring smooth outlet operations
• Addressing staff issues and reporting accordingly
• Collaborating with other departments
• Communicating with Directors & HQ on operational matters
• Completing tasks assigned by Directors & HQ

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, open-minded, independent, and flexible
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written)
• Experience in visual merchandising is an advantage
• Own transportation and willingness to travel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the fashion retail industry, including fresh graduates
