Qualifications

Job Title: Supply Chain Management & Procurement Team Member (English + Japanese)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral)

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Japanese
• 2 to 3 years of experience in End-to-End Procurement operations managing Indirect Materials
• Hands-on experience in RFx management
• Managed low-value Sourcing Projects resulting in cost savings
• Understanding of Supplier Contracts, key Terms and Conditions
• Knowledge of SLA and PO Compliance
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba & Oracle, and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, providing daily dashboards and reports
• Timely escalation of issues to stakeholders concerning policy and procedure adherence
• Experience in the BPS (BPO) industry
