Working Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on performance)
Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm
Working Location: Luxor Tech Centre, No. 1A Jalan Teknologi 3/4, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, PJU5, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
Salary: Basic up to RM 3,800 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage
Job purpose:
We are looking for a talented and competitive personnel that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Outdoor Sales team on quotation generation, set up appointments with potential customers.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Execute customer purchase orders and coordinate deliveries for assigned customers, ensuring smooth freight operations and documentation procedures.
- Identify risks associated with different approaches to business process change in order fulfilment processes.
- Implement business process improvement solutions to enhance customer service operations effectiveness.
- Maintain customer focus, strive to exceed customer expectations, and respond promptly to enquiries such as delivery schedules and quotations.
- Resolve customer complaints by being the focal person in driving solutions.
- Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution.
- Investigate and resolve all customer queries, escalating issues to the Reporting Manager when necessary.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of all customer service processes across segments and communicate discrepancies/issues to the Reporting Manager.
- Ensure prompt, respectful, and accurate service to internal and external customers.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team, and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
- Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.
- Assist the Reporting Manager and management with special projects and provide backup when necessary.
- Support the Reporting Manager and management in preparing monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of indoor sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Pleasant personality with initiative and customer focus.
- Disciplined, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure.
