Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Representative at AlA Malaysia, with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance. The position is primarily remote, with the requirement to work from the Cyberjaya office only once a week. Weekly meetings will be held remotely, based in Wangsamaju. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of AlA Malaysia's suite of financial solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and generating new leads, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product information and advice, and assisting clients in decision-making and policy-related matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong sense of respect and discipline

• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Insurance or financial planning certifications are a plus
