Job description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing design projects for our clients, from concept to final production. You will work closely with our creative team to develop and implement creative strategies that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage design projects from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives.
3. Design and produce various marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital ads, brochures, packaging, and social media graphics.
4. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate the client's message.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring their growth and development within the team.
7. Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
2. Proven experience in graphic design.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
5. Proficient in 3ds Max, Vray, or equivalent software.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Remuneration:

1. Basic Salary: Up to RM5k.
