Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out assigned work according to Reliability Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled / Schedule / Condition Based Maintenance) and Sustainability Program, including other disciplines when required.
  • Perform maintenance for specialized or complex equipment based on Reliability Centred Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems that require expertise.
  • Conduct preventive and routine maintenance activities, record log sheets, and input all data into the Engineering Operation Data (EOD) module of the Asset and Services Information System (ASIS).
  • Request the procurement of goods in accordance with Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR) requirements, monitor vendor work progress, and verify invoices for payment.
  • Attend and verify Testing & Commissioning, and assist with the Asset / Project Registration process for new assets or projects as required.
  • Provide technical feedback on maintenance work requiring vendor expertise, monitor vendor work, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Schedule and conduct housekeeping of Plant Rooms, workshops, and maintenance equipment to ensure they are in good condition and safe, complying with safety regulations.
  • Gather data to prepare technical reports for submission to MoH as per Concession Agreement.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards, including Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Hazard Alerts, and Handling Hazardous Equipment, in accordance with contractual agreements. Support HSSE and LEAN programs, such as toolbox sessions, as scheduled.
  • Support stakeholder management by providing excellent service to maintain good relationships and achieve high customer satisfaction levels, as per KPIs set by the Company and Ministry of Health.
Job Requirements
  • Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, engaging effectively with personnel at all levels.
