Job Summary:

To execute and manage all content related to marketing and branding of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brief and manage creative agencies on development of A&P materials.
  2. Brief and manage media agencies on media campaigns required for project launches.
  3. Follow up and ensure timely delivery of branding & communications materials.
  4. Coordinate between the department and Sales & Marketing team to meet branding and communication needs.
  5. Contribute to and develop effective marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
  6. Manage social media platforms.
  7. Collaborate with architects and artists to develop CGIs related to the project.
  8. Manage and develop the project website.
  9. Adhere to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environmental policies.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good knowledge of property marketing.
  • Proficient in communication (oral and written).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong market data awareness.
  • Teamwork skills.
