Responsible for planning and monitoring daily operations in store / warehouse.
Manage store operations including receiving, bin location or racking management, materials kitting, and inventory management.
Implement FIFO system, block stock procedure, GRN process, and materials scrap process in a timely manner.
Ensure the materials quality recall procedure is well executed.
Coordinate the MRB meeting, ensure timely disposition, and follow up on closed-loop actions.
Monitor and follow up on receiving discrepancies and ensure issues are closed on time.
Chart, monitor, and report monthly receiving performance and inventory stock status.
Lead and coordinate stock count activities.
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (Certified driver with certificates).
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Store / Warehouse Management, Science, or equivalent.
2 years of working experience in logistics, store, or warehouse operations is desirable.
High sense of urgency. Good communication, planning, coordination, and monitoring skills.
Able to drive forklift / reach truck preferred.
Preferably trained and knowledgeable in SAP or inventory management systems.
Understanding of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication and personal interface skills.
Willing to work overtime, hardworking, with a good attitude and attendance.
Effectively bilingual.
