AMK Technology is hiring a Full-time Cybersecurity Analyst in Cyberjaya, Selangor. Apply now to join our team.

Job summary:

• Availability to work on all days of the week: Monday to Sunday, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience required.
• Expected salary: RM8,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Whitelisting and blacklisting domains and email addresses.
• Message trace analysis and releasing emails from policy quarantine.
• Analysis of spam/phishing email tickets.
• Handling ad hoc customer requests for whitelisting/blacklisting.
• Managing external emails to recipients, monitoring tickets, and following up for closure.
• Daily health checks on Microsoft services.
• Preparing monthly reports on email delivery and reception.
• Managing spoofed domains and monitoring alerts from Microsoft Defender.
• Creating policies and content filters based on user requirements.
• Collaborating with Microsoft support and third-party email senders to resolve issues.
• Analyzing spoof intelligence and impersonation insights to adjust policies.
• Participating in weekly meetings with customers regarding email security.
• Sharing monthly performance reports with stakeholders.
• Creating and modifying Exchange routing configurations, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Reviewing and recommending configuration, rules, and policies periodically.
• Developing implementation plans and reviewing their execution.

Qualifications / Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in endpoint security solutions, NIPS, vulnerability scanning, cloud security, DLP, and email security solutions.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills across management levels.
• Knowledge of the airline domain is preferable.
