HSE Drilling Specialist

Job Description

Candidate should possess HSE related certificates (e.g. Nebosh certificate)

1. Minimum of 7 years HSE experience in onshore or offshore drilling operations.
2. Significant experience and training abilities with HSE related systems including PTW, Risk Assessment, HSE Auditing, and Safety Observation processes.
3. Experienced in conducting and or leading an incident investigation.
4. Experience with auditing of safety management systems.
5. Strong HSE leadership skills with ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
6. Good working knowledge of offshore environmental and waste disposal practices.
7. Strong interpersonal skills that can lead and promote a good safety culture.
8. Ability to train and develop personnel in a HSE role.
9. Offshore medical and BOSIET required.
10. HSE Auditing experience would be an advantage.
11. Previous experience working offshore Malaysia considered a major advantage.
12. Working in multi-cultural environments.
