Responsibilities

• Plan and execute second-line assurance reviews across insurance functions including agency sales, claims, underwriting, financial crime, AML, sanctions, and sustainability risk.
• Champion the use of data analytics in assurance activities.
• Build capability across subsidiaries by providing training or leading joint reviews.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and regional risk teams to stay informed of key changes, emerging risks, and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in internal audit or second-line assurance within insurance, banking, or asset management industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of core insurance and investment processes.
• Sound understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights.
