Assistant Sales Manager Business Partners (B2B)

The Assistant Sales Manager Business Partners is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with Feruni Premium Reseller (FPR) and Feruni Platinum Reseller (FPT). The role involves creating brand awareness and offering customized solutions to fulfill customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities of FPT & FPR to generate revenue.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with FPT & FPR to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Evaluate FPT & FPR sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize FPT & FPR management activities.

Relationship Building & Training

  • Develop positive working relationships with FPT & FPR to build business.
  • Educate FPT & FPR about the product portfolio and provide sales training.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to FPT & FPR.

Market Awareness & Strategic Activities

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Assist in FPT & FPR marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.

Issue Resolution & Customer Support

  • Address FPR-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues promptly.
  • Manage FPT & FPR aging and ensure responsibility for debt collection.
  • Take ownership of all assigned tasks.
  • Update job knowledge and competencies through continuous learning.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years in B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in business development or customer relationship management is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle stock management and liaise with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of business and financial planning and resource management.
  • Leadership skills to guide and support a team.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Interpersonal understanding, resilience, and positive attitude.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.
  • Based in Petaling Jaya with a 5-day work week.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Attractive basic salary, monthly sales incentive, car allowance, petrol card, and mobile phone.
  • PA: RM 100,000; Medical coverage: RM 80,000; Medical claim: RM 1,200/year.
