Your main responsibilities shall include, among others:
- Provide first-line and second-line support for enterprise systems, including ERP (SAP/Navision preferred), CRM, inventory, procurement, and supply chain tools.
- Maintain user accounts and access permissions across ERP and related business applications.
- Understand and analyze end-to-end business workflows to improve system alignment and efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate system incidents, change requests, and enhancements across internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Maintain and optimize interfaces between ERP systems and third-party platforms such as POS, finance tools, or delivery aggregators.
- Support Xilnex POS administration: configure menus, promotions, pricing, taxes, store parameters, and user roles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS issues in collaboration with restaurant staff to minimize operational downtime.
- Support restaurant openings, relocations, and renovations by coordinating IT setup (POS, printers, network).
- Collaborate with Marketing to deploy and test promotional campaigns, discount codes, and loyalty programs via POS or mobile apps.
- Assist Operations and Training teams with technology onboarding for new restaurant staff (POS usage, login access, system workflows).
- Ensure POS systems are updated with real-time product availability and pricing aligned with supply chain and inventory data.
- Provide support for digital ordering platforms (mobile apps, kiosks, delivery integrations like GrabFood or Foodpanda).
- Monitor and support daily restaurant reporting processes including sales, shift reports, and stock movement, ensuring accurate sync with ERP.
- Provide basic support for restaurant IT hardware including POS terminals, printers, tablets, handhelds, and digital displays.
- Perform in-store or remote diagnostics for hardware failures and liaise with vendors for maintenance or replacements.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting (router reboots, connectivity issues) to ensure system uptime.
- Track and manage IT hardware inventory across all restaurant locations.
Job requirements include:
- Possess Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Self-motivated individuals with the ability to learn and develop independently.
- Good interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills among colleagues and users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience in ERP (SAP/Navision).
