Position Description:

As a Therapeutic Area Specialist Cardiomyopathy (m/w/d) in the area 10203: Cottbus, Dresden, Jena, you will be responsible for selling our innovative cardiological product in clinics and practices.

You will develop a deep understanding of stakeholders and networks within your accounts, analyzing the patient journey from initial symptoms to diagnosis and therapy, and identifying customer needs.

You will advise physicians on a professional level and master the spectrum of modern sales techniques, omnichannel strategies, and digital channels. Continuous optimization of customer care and close collaboration with colleagues are essential to ensure the best customer experience.

In cross-functional teams with medical, access, and marketing colleagues, you will develop specific regional plans and implement coordinated measures.

Trustful collaboration and deepening existing business relationships are the foundation of your success.

Qualifications for the Position:
  • You have gained sales experience in cardiology
  • You can convincingly argue both scientifically and commercially
  • Training and scientific publications in English are natural for you, as you have good English skills
  • You are proficient in modern communication technologies and analysis tools used in sales
  • You use your communication talent to build new customer contacts and deepen existing relationships
  • You think constructively and strategically. Your well-organized, responsible, and team-oriented work approach contributes to achieving common goals
  • You have experience working in agile teams or are eager to learn and apply this methodology
  • You are experienced in conducting virtual events and using omnichannel channels to reach your target audience
  • You work as a pharmaceutical representative according to § 75 AMG and have a scientific degree or are a certified pharmaceutical representative
